1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. rosemary and mint simple syrup
4 oz. gin
Put all in a cocktail shaker or ball jar with ice. Shake and pour over ice cubes with rose petals frozen inside them. Add sprinkle of julienned mint.
